So far, so good. As another review suggested I was able to add a bogus domain to my purchase then remove it from my cart during checkout. Be sure your fake domain resembles your real one, as it will determine your permanent login name on the service. Also, once you point your namecheap domain to BonoHost, use bono's admin panel to add the new domain, delete the bogus one, and set up Let's Encrypt. Some PHP functions blocked (executing shell scripts from web hook). See php_info() for details.

I saw the review saying that they will lock the account if you use too much storage. Noted. After you sign up it asks you register a domain, you can pick one then remove it from the shopping card, as hosting here comes with a large premium, you can still point your domain to the server IP. The shared server has a recent php/mysql and python installed, not sure how many tenants per server, but it looks like a pretty beefy server. Not bad at all but no instructions

This company is a scam, Bonohost is bad hosting provider. They advertise a lifetime package but send an email feedback that it only works for 5 years. They will then consider renewal again. They introduced hosting services without limit capacity, but when uploading 100gb of data then they locked the hosting account and required an account reopening fee of 43usd. I asked them to reopen my account so that I could backup my data and leave, but they didn't respond to the ticket and just repeatedly reminded to pay the 43usd account reopening fee even though I did nothing wrong. I have proof: https://prnt.sc/wgqcw_xtnwgq https://prnt.sc/hcpa1_h2wkab https://prnt.sc/5tzphvlordiy https://prnt.sc/juz5cesuj1xc This is the unlimited storage and lifetime hosting package that i purchased on stacksocial: https://prnt.sc/inr_j7fpg9-f https://prnt.sc/k8qibkhonnoq bonohost is a fraudulent company, deceives to customers, changes concepts #bonoshot #scam #hosting #badhostingservice #hostingprovider

They fail to mention it's not unlimited and when you go over the amount that's apparently in the TOS it's 40$ and 5$ a month late fee if you don't pay it asap, support is terrible , not recommended

I am happy with the hosting service, but the support system is too bad. I guess nobody in the support system. I create 2 ticket support for technical team, but i didn’t get any response. Then i get the answer by myself. Be careful if your priority is the support service.
